Action-Adventure ‘Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii’ Announced for February 2025; Majima is the Protagonist

After months of speculation, SEGA has finally unveiled the latest installment in the beloved Yakuza series: Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii. As the title suggests, the game will take place on the sunny shores of Hawaii and will feature fan-favorite Goro Majima as the protagonist.

Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii will be an action-adventure game that follows Majima as he navigates the treacherous waters of the Hawaiian underworld. Along the way, he'll encounter a cast of colorful characters, including both familiar faces from the Yakuza series and new allies and enemies. The game will feature a variety of gameplay elements, including hand-to-hand combat, stealth, and exploration. Players will also be able to take part in a variety of side activities, such as fishing, gambling, and karaoke.
